Dear Education Supporter,
Springfield Public Schools is pleased that Am B Care Ambulance Service of Springfield has decided to provide support to Springfield Public Schools through Springfield School Volunteers. Am B Care Ambulance Service has offered to act as a catalyst for the annual “Kick-In for Springfield Schools Day,” (KISS) being planned for this summer.
KISS Day 2009 will be a family event featuring entertainment such as a roller derby exhibition, acrobatic performers, organized softball games and the music of great bands, recognized both locally and nationally. The program will be organized for and in conjunction with Springfield School Volunteers.
Am B Care Ambulance Service has indicated their desire to direct funds to a variety of educational departments and programs. They have chosen school sports programs as the first KISS Day beneficiary.
An Am B Care Ambulance Service representative will be contacting you in the near future to explain the program in further detail and discuss with you ways in which your organization can help support the cause with a tax-deductible contribution. All donations should be made out to Springfield School Volunteers and KISS Day should be written in the memo line.
The mission of the Springfield Public Schools is to provide the highest quality of education so that all of our students are empowered to realize their full-potential and lead fulfilling lives as lifelong learners, responsible citizens and leaders in the 21st Century. But I and my SPS team cannot do it alone. We need the strength and partnership of the Springfield community as we go about the important business of improving student achievement. We hope yours will be one of the many organizations kicking in to help our schools and look forward to a great time this summer.
Sincerely,

Alan J. Ingram, Ed.D
